Hi, I'm Shiela Prunty, Owner and Baker of Magnolia Sweets Bakery.  My journey started after having my first son.  He was born at 27 weeks and I wanted to cherish every milestone with a cake and party.  Well much to my surprise as a first time mom custom cakes were not like getting one from the store.  So I started my journey; I wanted him to have a Cars party and so I wanted multiple video and I thought ok not so bad.  By his second birthday; I would be pregnant with my second and wanted something a little more elaborate.  Below is my first gumpaste characters.... I was so proud they actually looked like the characters and I haven't stopped since this day.
